The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a caseload across key practice areas, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality legal services. The role includes:
Advising and representing clients in legal matters, ensuring efficient case progression. Handling litigation and dispute resolution cases with a client-focused approach. Engaging in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. Drafting legal documentation, conducting legal research, and liaising with third parties. Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.

The Person :
The ideal candidate will have: A qualified solicitor status in Northern Ireland or England & Wales. Experience in litigation, personal injury, or a general practice setting (preferred but not essential). Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to case management. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
