Duties Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents with precision and attention to detail Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks across a range of legal issues Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required Conducting legal research to stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and case law updates Managing case files efficiently and maintaining accurate records of all legal activities Collaborating with colleagues and external parties to facilitate effective resolution of legal matters Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies throughout all activities Requirements Qualified Solicitor with valid practising certificate recognised within the jurisdiction Proven experience in negotiation and dispute resolution Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and high standards of professionalism A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service excellence To discuss further, please contact Gemma Dunlop on or email
