As Floor Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service while upholding visual and operational standards.
- Motivate and develop your team to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Drive KPIs and manage performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational requirements.
- Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality.
