Description: We are hiring for our client, a well-established specialist food manufacturer based in the Newry area, who have grown to become one of the leading names in their specialist product range across the European market.

• Provide maintenance support across production and packaging machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

• Support continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and performance

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food quality standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet operational goals

• Third level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) – essential

• Proven experience in a high-speed production environment, ideally within FMCG or packaging

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable approach

• Keen eye for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

• Competitive salary – £49,000
