• Help the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.
• Build product knowledge to deal with every type of customer enquiry.
• Provide outstanding service and create memorable customer experiences.

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude and natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.
