E-Commerce & Operations Support

THE EMPLOYER IS: ARK FUSION LTDThis role provides hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations. The participant will support online order fulfilment, stock management, and general operational tasks for ARK Fusion’s probiotic and wellness product range.

• Process customer orders and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and record deliveries.
• Update product listings and pricing on the website.
• Assist with customer queries and courier coordination.
• Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and reports.

• Basic computer and numeracy skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Organisational and data‑entry ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Experience using Excel, Shopify, or e‑commerce systems.
• Previous experience in a stock, admin, or warehouse setting.
• Interest in logistics, retail, or business operations.
