As a Stock Controller you will keep accurate stock records, analyse data, run cycle counts, coordinate year‑end stock takes, review goods in‑wards and out‑wards, and support continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate stock records at all locations.
• Analyse data, report and monitor stock continuously.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and run daily reports in Newry.
• Lead coordination and management of year‑end stock takes.
• Review goods inwards, returns, damages and ensure stock does not accumulate.
• Review stock in transit to UK branches, rectify discrepancies and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Run daily replenishment reports and weekly warehouse and damage reports.
• Rectify general stock discrepancies and work with the Quality Control Inspector on faulty or damaged stock.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest corrective actions to support continuous improvement.

• Analytical and numerically competent.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn with a can‑do attitude.
• Flexible to travel to other MyLife branches (Scotland, England).

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of warehouse planning, inventory processes and quality standards.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
