Due to the continued success of the business, and with a loyal client base in place, this firm is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to be based out of their Newton Abbot office.

• Working with a client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Year-end accounts preparation
• Tax return preparation
• VAT and bookkeeping
• Ad-hoc duties as required

This role would ideally suit a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their accountancy career. Previous experience in accountancy practice is essential due to the technical nature of the role, and it would be beneficial if you have good grounding in cloud-based accountancy software.

This is a role which will come ready-made with career and personal development plans in place. Study support will be on offer as well as room for responsibilities to grow.
