Are you a friendly, hardworking, and team-focused Service Advisor looking for a new challenge in the automotive industry?

What You'll Do:
Book in customer vehicles for service and repair
Keep the workshop running smoothly and efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers on progress and costs
Upsell additional services, repairs, and service plans
Use DMS systems to manage bookings and records

What You'll Need:
Previous Service Advisor experience (dealership or independent)
Knowledge of Kerridge, 1

Link, Pinnacle, or similar systems
Confident in upselling products and services
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence check)
