A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Manager for a company in the Devon area.

With no day ever being the same the Engineering Manager role offers an opportunity to work with a leading manufacture company and offers career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and develop engineering and maintenance teams
Drive asset reliability, continuous improvement, and safety compliance
Provide technical expertise in automated manufacturing
Coach engineers and apprentices to build capability
Lead diagnostics, fault resolution, and prevention

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Multi-discipline engineering qualification (HND/degree or apprenticeship)
FMCG experience with automated systems
Strong fault-finding and asset care knowledge
Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Understanding of OEE and reliability best practices
