Arborist jobs in Devon. We are an Arboricultural Association approved company looking to recruit climbing arborists to join our long‑standing team at our base in Ipplepen, near Newton Abbot, South Devon. All levels will be considered. We are a high‑end tree surgery business, undertaking work for prestigious clients such as Exmoor National Park, Exeter City Council, National Trust, and other domestic and commercial customers across the south west.

Our in‑house consultancy team are on hand to help and develop those interested in expanding their tree knowledge.

Pension scheme and full uniform/PPE are provided as well as an NHS Top‑Up Plan (upon completion of a probationary period). Opportunities for overtime are available to those wishing to volunteer over and above 40 hours per week.

We also offer annual leave at 28 days per annum (inclusive of bank holidays). This will increase with length of service.
