Festive Colleague Nights – Kingsteignton Superstore

Apply to work for Tesco in the festive season. We offer a flexible cycle of shifts, no prior experience required.

Pay: Starting from £12.64 an hour, rising to £13.85 for M25 stores. Midnight to 6 am shifts earn a night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

Working in store you'll deliver Christmas cheer and support busy customers—stocking shelves, serving shoppers, and preparing Click & Collect orders. You’ll enjoy a variety of tasks each shift and pride in delivering a brilliant customer experience.

• You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and making sure products are where they need to be.
• Or, you could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click & Collect service.
• Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• The ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
• To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
