About The Lettings Coordinator RoleDelivering a high-quality, customer-focused and efficient lettings service, you will ensure that the correct applicants are selected for the right homes and ensure they can sustain their tenancy. You will be working with a wide variety of applicants some of which will require lots of support through the process, so you will need excellent communication skills.
You will need to be highly flexible and resilient. You will be responsible for ensuring new tenants are fully aware of their legal obligations and what is required of them as a tenant of Teign Housing.
