Responsibilities
- Improve work processes and customer relations to enhance service quality.
- Conduct customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and implement process improvements.
- Track application payments and dosimeter issuance for efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services.
- Perform quality checks on returned dosimeters and manage related communications and logistics.
- 12 years of experience in a service laboratory preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
. - Able to work independently
. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. - Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Diploma.
6 months contract
42 hours per week
