The role of Production Operator

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing client based in Newtown, Powys. This company specialises in producing high-quality products and offers a supportive working environment with long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output
• Manufacture products in line with batch production schedules
• Carry out quality checks and report any faults or inconsistencies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the production area

The Candidate

The successfully appointed Production Operator will have the following skills and abilities:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
• Ability to work pitman shifts.
