Tasks and responsibilities
- Providing telephone cover for the reception desk in Horizon House. On occasions for short periods this will be lone cover.
- Receiving and welcoming visitors, Children and families to Horizon House.
- Receiving donations from the public
- Basic computer work e.g., emails, preparing door signs and sign-in sheets.
- General support to the administrative team: photocopying, binding, faxing, stuffing envelopes, filing etc.
- Phoning parents/carers to gain information around admissions and to chase RSVPs for NICH events.
