As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for providing effective maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of injection moulding machines, associated robotics, automation equipment and site facilities. The successful candidate will joina modern, clean, and highly automated manufacturing environment, working with the latest injection moulding machines, robotics, and automation systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Maintenance Engineer who is looking for long-term career development, training, and progression within a world-class manufacturing operation.

Role:
Carry out planned PPM & TPM on injection moulding machinery, robotics, and auxiliary equipment. Respond quickly to breakdowns, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions Perform mechanical and electrical fault finding, including hydraulics and pneumatics Ensure machines are production-ready in line with manufacturing schedules Maintain accurate maintenance records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment Working closely with production and engineering teams to drive process improvements Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards at all times Supporting training and knowledge sharing within the maintenance team Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within plastics / injection moulding or a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and automation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Experience with PLC fault finding and programming Desirable Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles Desirable Proficient in planned and reactive maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Strong health & safety awareness. Key Words:
