Digital Transformation Analyst – Trading

Leverage digital transformation to improve operational efficiency by championing low-code and no-code solutions within the trading department.

Responsibilities
  • will:

    Learn the business processes and digitise/optimise by developing low-code solutions and automat
  • ions.

    Deliver tailored training and coaching on approved digital tools (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate e
  • tc.).Drive adoption of modern, effective techniques and continuously challenge the status
  • quo.

    Maintain and encourage consistently professional technical standards across all solut
  • ions.

    Work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams using a hybrid development appr
  • oach.

    Support root cause analysis and help define user requirements to produce clear and actionable specific at
  • ions.

    Facilitate functional requirement assessments and assist users in aligning needs with suitable technology and data solut
  • ions.

    Carry out User Acceptance Testing (
  • UAT).Act as a low-code subject matter expert, developing digital solutions that enable process change and effici
Skills for Success

    Experience working on digital transformation initiatives, business process changes and project de
  • livery.

    Expertise in Excel/VBA macros and Power Automate with hands‑on experience automating repetitive business
  • tasks.

    Experience in designing and deploying low-code apps or autom
  • ations.

    Experience in building digital apps using Power Platform – especially Power Automate and Power Apps, and Microsof
  • t Flow.

    Full valid UK/EU driving license with access to your own

Working Hours

This is a full‑time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am‑4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am‑3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available. (Must reside within daily commuting distance).
