VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading global Footwear company with the recruitment of a Store Manager who will become part of a modern organisation that has been continually growing, and offers one of the most interesting Store Manager roles on the market.

This is a Permanent Full-time position - Store is based in Abbey Centre (Newtownabbey).

Salary Negotiable + Bonus + Additional Payment after one year service & Some of the Best Employee benefits on the market

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Tech: Use data and tech tools to analyze trends, streamline operations, and plan ahead.

  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold all legal, policy, and procedural standards to maintain operational excellence.
  • Optimize Resources: Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Support HR: Collaborate with HR on disciplinary and grievance matters with professionalism and care.
