Tenancy Support Worker; Housing

Hours: This position may be appointed as either two 18‑hour posts, a single 36‑hour post, or on a job‑share basis, subject to suitable applications.

Starting Salary: £11,746.56 (Based on 18 hours per week)

Duration: Fixed Term until 28th February 2028

Closing date: 12 noon, Tuesday 27th January 2026

• Level 2 AVG Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
• Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntarydone capacity.

OR

Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting.

• To be willing to work flexibly which may include days & evenings and participate in the on‑call rota
• NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role
