We are are a garment manufacturing company that produces high fashion garments.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH TALLY.

BASIC ENGLISH SKILLS required.

Manufacturing company experience is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Operations

- General Ledger:
Take complete ownership and responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger, managed primarily in Tally.
- Accounts Receivable (A/R):
Supervise the A/R process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.
- Accounts Payable (A/P):
Strategically manage vendor payments, aligning them with cash flow projections and optimizing working capital.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. (CA Inter or CA qualification is highly preferred).
- 5 years of proven experience in a accounting role
- Expert-level proficiency in Tally (or specified ERP) and MS Excel.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Breakeven).

- Experience with export documentation and banking procedures is a strong asset.

Must be able to communicate SOPs to other departments. TEAM PLAYER

Proven ability to manage team members in other departments
- Team Player: A collaborative approach, working effectively across departments (Sales, Merchandising, Operations).

Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset to identify financial issues and opportunities.
