Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, artists, and programmers, to conceptualize and design interactive gaming experiences for game enthusiast.
- Create game concepts, storylines, characters, levels, and game mechanics that are innovative, engaging, and fun to play.
- Develop detailed game design documents, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to the development team.
- Design and implement game features, UI/UX elements, and game mechanics that enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Conduct play testing and user feedback sessions to gather feedback and iterate on game designs to improve gameplay, usability, and player experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile game design and incorporate them into game designs and concepts.
- Work closely with artists and programmers to ensure that game designs are implemented accurately and efficiently and meet technical requirements and constraints.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the development team throughout the game development process, from concept to launch.
- Play and analyze competitor games to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in game design, Computer Science, or related field;
Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in game design, with a proven track record of designing successful casino and slot games.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology, with experience in slot game development.
- Proficiency in game design tools and software, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
- Excellent creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of casino and slot gaming.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, genres, and player preferences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
