About Role:

A creative, entertainment videos producer (long form and short form) with a nose for YT algorithms and revenue focus. Someone who understands entertainment and lifestyle not as “content,” but as culture with a half-life. Lead and shape the non-news team. Write/ Source, Lead and drive growth of the new video vertical. Suitable candidate show have solid video chops, someone who can balance creativity with sound business priorities, and have a deep feel for entertainment and lifestyle, pop culture, internet behavior, and audience mood swings.

Key Responsibilities:

- You Tube Growth Manager with Entertainment, Lifestyle, Podcast Focus
- Write Long scripts, short hooks
- Own the content calendar
- Manage, mentor, and push a team of writers, editors, and producers, setting standards and raising them.
- Balance Content With Revenue Focus.

- Strong storytelling instincts.
