Job Description:

As the Growth Sales Leader, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion in India. Your primary
mission is to dominate the Managed Services Provider (MSP) landscape by acquiring new enterprise clients and
positioning our flagship SaaS platform,  Workelevate .
You will champion the narrative of "AI for Work," helping organizations transform their digital employee experience
(DEX) through automation and intelligent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition:  Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and high-level networking to closing multi-year MSP and SaaS contracts.
Strategic Positioning:  Articulate the value of Workelevate as a premier DEX solution, focusing on how AI-driven automation reduces friction for the modern workforce.
Market Expansion:  Identify and penetrate key industry verticals across the India geography (BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, etc.).
Revenue Growth:  Meet and exceed quarterly and annual New Logo acquisition targets and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals.
Stakeholder Management:  Build deep relationships with C-suite executives (CTOs, CHROs, CIOs) to align our digital workplace solutions with their business outcomes.

Collaboration:

Partner with the Solution Architect and Product teams to ensure client requirements for AI and automation are reflected in our service delivery model.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience -  12 to 15 years of high-growth B2B sales experience in Consultative Selling in IT Services, MSP, or Enterprise SaaS etc.
Age not more than 40.
Track Record - Proven history of hitting "New Logo" targets and managing large-scale enterprise deals in India.

Skills:

Strong consultative selling skills, executive presence, and the ability to simplify complex AI value propositions.

Education:

BTech and / or  MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
Domain Expertise:
Understanding of the MSP space including Tools , Use of AI in Services, Automation and DEX will be a added advantage.
Compensation Model:
a.  Fixed CTC : 70%:  Competitive base salary aligned with years of experience and market benchmarks for Tier 1
b.  Sales Incentives (Variable) 30% :  Performance-linked payouts based on ARR and New Logo targets.
c.  Phantom Equity :  Offered after 2 nd  Year based on Performance to align long-term growth with company
valuation . Vested over 4 years .
d.  Retention Bonus :  One time Performance-based clawback or loyalty bonus after 24 months.
