Content Writer Intern

Key Responsibilities  Write and edit technical content such as:
Product documentation
User guides & FAQs
Blogs, articles, and whitepapers
API documentation (basic to intermediate level)
Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for different audiences
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to understand features and workflows
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice
Update and maintain existing documentation as products evolve
Conduct basic research on technologies, tools, and industry trends
Optimize content for SEO (keywords, readability, structure)

Required

Skills & Qualifications  Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand technical concepts (software, SaaS, APIs, cloud, AI, etc.)
Experience writing technical blogs or documentation
Familiarity with tools like:
Google Docs / MS Word
CMS platforms (Word Press or similar)
Basic SEO tools (optional but preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
