At SDLC Corp, we are expanding our Salesforce consulting practice and are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in selling Salesforce implementation and consulting services in the North American market.

What you will do

• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing

• Drive sales for Salesforce implementation, customization, and consulting projects

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, partnerships, and inbound channels

• Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and business decision-makers across North America

• Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals

• Lead pricing, negotiations, and deal closures independently

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts

• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

What we are looking for

• Proven experience selling Salesforce implementation and consulting services

• Strong exposure to the North American market with successful deal closures

• Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle independently

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and services

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Experience selling IT services or digital transformation solutions is a plus

Good to have

• Experience working with Salesforce consulting partners

• Existing network of North American clients or partners

• Familiarity with enterprise RFP and procurement processes

• Salesforce certifications
