Role Overview

The Assistant Vice President – Product Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth for Vinove's product portfolio, including SaaS platforms, enterprise products, and technology-enabled solutions. This role will define and execute go-to-market strategies, build high-performing sales teams, own strategic accounts, and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery leadership.

This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, enterprise sales leadership, product mindset, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end product sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.

Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing products across domestic and international markets.

Lead high-value enterprise deals and engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product sales organization.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams for market alignment.

Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.

Required Skills & Experience

12–18+ years of experience in product or SaaS sales with senior leadership exposure.

Strong background in enterprise and B2B product sales.

Proven success in closing large, complex deals.

Experience with SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software ecosystems.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
