Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Intern located in Noida. The Technical Sales Intern will assist in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. Daily responsibilities include understanding technical requirements, delivering product demonstrations, providing pre-sales technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals. Additional tasks may involve addressing customer questions, offering excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Experience or skills in Technical Sales and Sales methodologies to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build client relationships
Knowledge of Technical Support processes to assist customers in understanding products and resolving queries
Customer Service abilities to deliver high levels of satisfaction and address client needs
An enthusiastic, goal-oriented attitude and willingness to learn quickly
Background in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
