Develop Reporting Suites: Design, build, and maintain standardized and customized reporting frameworks aligned with business goals and client needs.

Customize Reports: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
Establish Reporting
Infrastructure: Implement and manage tools and platforms that enable self-service reporting and easy data access.
Ensure Data Accuracy: Develop robust validation and quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity across all reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and IT teams to streamline data inputs and reporting workflows.
User Support & Training: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users for effective utilization of reporting tools.
Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track report usage and user feedback to continuously enhance report quality and relevance.
Upgrade Reporting Tools: Identify opportunities and implement improvements in reporting platforms and technologies.
Client Reporting Standards: Create standardized, visually impactful reports that capture key metrics consistently across all brands.
Drive
Innovation: Encourage new ideas, explore advanced visualization techniques, and adopt emerging technologies to improve reporting capabilities.
Data Analysis & Insights: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights supporting strategic business decisions.
Ensure Compliance: Align all reporting practices with ISO standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in developing and managing reporting suites, preferably within a multi-brand or agency environment.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
Strong proficiency in VBA debugging, ETL processes, statistical analysis, and data validation.
Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
Deep understanding of data structures, governance principles, and data quality management practices.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering accurate, timely reports in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
