Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, user stories)
Lead functional solutioning for Salesforce CPQ (Products, Pricing, Approvals, Contracts)
Work across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud (CPQ mandatory)
Support UAT, client workshops, demos, and Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects
Required Skills:
5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Strong functional expertise in Salesforce CPQ
Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Good to Have: Salesforce certifications, integration exposure, consulting background
