UI​/UX Designer; Product + Visual Design

Position: UI/UX Designer (Product + Visual Design)
Description
The ideal candidate will take  end-to-end ownership  of user experience and interface design across Reskilll’s website and hackathon platform. In addition, this role will support  visual and graphic design needs  for hackathons and client-facing materials. The role requires strong UX thinking, clean visual design, and the ability to independently drive design decisions aligned with user and business goals.

Responsibilities   Own the complete UI/UX for Reskilll’s website and hackathon platform
Lead website redesign and continuous UX improvements
Design intuitive experiences for participant, client, and admin dashboards
Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
Create visual and graphic assets for hackathons (banners, posters, social creatives, pitch decks, client collaterals)
Ensure design consistency across product, marketing, and client deliverables
Take accountability for overall design quality and usability
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
Strong proficiency in Figma and design tools (Adobe Suite / Canva as needed)
Experience designing SaaS or platform-based products
Ability to handle both product design and visual design requirements
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset
