UI​/UX Designer

About the Role
We are looking for two talented UI/UX Designers with around 1.5 to 2 years of experience who can work independently, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective, elegant design solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in dashboard design, UX strategy, user research, wire framing, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze business requirements to craft intuitive and impactful UX solutions.
Design dashboards, enterprise workflows, and data-heavy interfaces with clarity and usability.
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
Work with and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across the product suite.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to validate and improve designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while being able to drive tasks independently.
Deliver high-quality visual designs aligned with brand and usability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
1.5–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard design, UX thinking, and structured problem-solving.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), design systems, wire framing, and prototyping tools.
Good understanding of UX processes including research, testing, and user-centered design.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Good-to-Have
Experience in data visualization or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with modern UI frameworks or basic understanding of front-end capabilities .
