Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and validate operational, financial, and performance data from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Maintain dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., productivity, utilization, deployment and , fulfillment).
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across reports.
2. Dashboard Development & Automation
Design and automate interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Build Excel-based or cloud-based templates to simplify recurring reporting.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and reporting systems.
3. Performance Analysis & Insights
Analyze trends and variances in business data to provide actionable insights.
Highlight anomalies, risks, or performance gaps to management.
Support strategic and operational reviews with accurate analytical summaries.
Track metrics like active gig workers, project allocations, SME demand pipeline, fill rates, turnaround time, and engagement conversion.
Support marketing and operations teams with platform performance analytics.
Build unified dashboards combining supply, demand, and revenue data for leadership.
4. Data Governance & Quality Control
Ensure data accuracy through validation checks and process audits.
Maintain a centralized data repository with access controls.
Document reporting methodologies and maintain version control.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with recruitment leaders, finance, HR, and delivery teams to understand reporting needs.
Present dashboards and insights in management review meetings.
Support ad-hoc data requests and analytics for business decisions.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, VBA).
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
SQL or database query knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Accuracy and attention to detail under tight timelines.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive business data confidentially.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Analytics / Operations preferred.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in MIS reporting, business analysis, or data management.
Experience working in digital, gig, or platform-based organizations preferred.
Exposure to workforce reporting, demand-supply dashboards, or operations KPIs a plus.
