Blackthorn Chambers is expanding its legal team and invites applications from experienced legal professionals for the role of Legal Advisor / Legal Associate.
Practice Areas
- GST Law – Advisory, notices, compliance, appeals
- Income Tax Law – Assessments, litigation, advisory
- Enforcement Directorate (ED) – PMLA matters, summons & investigations
- Criminal Law – Economic offences & white-collar crimes
- Civil Law – Litigation, drafting, advisory & recovery matters
Key Responsibilities
- Legal advisory and strategy formulation
- Drafting of notices, replies, pleadings, petitions & applications
- Representation before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities
- Handling departmental proceedings and regulatory matters
- Client consultation and case management
Key Skills
- Strong legal drafting & research skills
- Practical exposure to courts, tribunals & authorities
- Sound knowledge of procedural & substantive law
- Professional ethics and client-handling capabilities
