The Successful Applicant     A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in Cell Manufacturing is mandatory.
Proven expertise in the engineering and manufacturing domain.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale production facilities.
Knowledge of solar cell manufacturing processes and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance standards.
