Research Associate (1+ Year Experience in Calling Profile)

Noida, Sector 16 (ON-SITE)
Shift Timing:  Flexible, including EST & PST night shifts

As a  Research Associate , you will be responsible for conducting  primary research and data collection  for diverse global projects. This includes  telephonic interviews with senior-level executives  across different industries and regions, including North America, APAC and Europe. Additional responsibilities include executing online searches to build contacts using  online research using directories, databases, search engines, and platforms like Linked In .

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality  B2B phone interviews  with professionals globally
Engage with  senior management and decision-makers  to extract industry insights
Build contact databases through  online research  (Linked In, directories, search engines, etc.)
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly  interview quotas
Maintain  professionalism and confidentiality  in all communications
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives
Handle  multiple tasks  with efficiency and attention to detail

✅ Requirements:
Minimum  1 year of experience in a calling/voice process  or similar research/data collection role
Excellent  verbal and written communication  skills
Comfortable speaking with  senior professionals globally
Strong  attention to detail , organization, and time management
Proficient in  Microsoft Office  and online tools
Ability to work both  independently and in a team
Willingness to work  night shifts  (aligned with  EST and PST  time zones)
Eagerness to  learn about different industries, markets, and research methods
