Trainee Accountant

Position: Trainee Accountant (Permanent)
Location: Broadland

A small Firm of Accountants on the outskirts of Norwich are seeking a Trainee Accountant to join their team.
There is full study support available, along with the opportunity to learn from an experienced team.

The role:

Book-keeping and VAT return production from both cloud-based software and manual records.
Accounts production and completion of corporation tax returns.
Complete personal tax returns and inform clients of payment details.
Liaise with HMRC, Companies House, and clients as required, both in writing and on the phone, to resolve queries.
To assist with new client onboarding.
Maintain various checklists to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide advisory support to clients on the use of cloud-based software.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be interested in a career as a professional accountant. Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.
