As a 2D CAD Designer, you will play a key role in creating custom product designs using AutoCAD 2D. Your work will support both customer proposals and the manufacturing process within an on-site production facility. You will liaise directly with customers and suppliers to develop design solutions, prepare quotations, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality.

• Produce accurate 2D CAD drawings for bespoke product designs.
• Prepare works orders and specifications for production and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Occasionally visit client sites to assess requirements first-hand.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and design principles.

A clean driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in technical sales and manufacturing environments would be a bonus.
