Assistant Supply Planner Incredibly Exciting Brand London Hybrid Working Up To 36k

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Planner to join our client's growing supply chain team. This role will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end procurement and supply planning process, working closely with manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of products aligned to business and trend-led demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from raising purchase orders through to delivery and receipt of goods.

  • Respond swiftly to urgent sourcing requirements arising from trend-driven product updates or last-minute changes.

  • Liaise closely with manufacturing partners to communicate purchase orders, material needs and production timelines accurately and effectively.

  • Act as the primary supply chain contact for allocated factories, building and maintaining strong, professional working relationships.

  • Monitor order progress, flag potential risks and collaborate with internal teams to support on-time delivery.

  • Ensure all purchasing and supply planning activity is accurately documented and aligned with company processes.

About You:
  • Previous experience in a procurement, supply planning or purchasing role is highly desirable.

  • Ideally experienced in working with Far East factories and supply chains, with a good understanding of overseas manufacturing and lead times.

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
