About the Role – Holt, Norfolk
As a Support Worker, you’ll join our friendly team in the lovely town of Holt, helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported every day. You’ll be their cheerleader, helping them stay independent while keeping our care standards consistently high. You’ll also pitch in with day-to-day tasks around the home — no two days are quite the same!

Salary: £13.75 per hour (starting)

Shifts:

Mixed days and nights

Reports to:

Nurse / Senior Support Worker

Skills & Attributes

* A naturally caring, patient nature (bonus points if you can also make a good cup of tea).

* Great communication skills — clear, friendly, and warm.

* The ability to keep your cool when things get busy.

Previous care experience is required within the UK.
