Location: New Rockford
Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS) in North Dakota is hiring a Restorative Aide/CNA to help residents maintain mobility and independence. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a 3-day work week for CNAs and an every‑other weekend/holiday rotation. Sign-on available for both full-time and part-time staff.
Shifts include 6:00 AM–2:00 PM for CNAs or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM for Restorative Aide; benefits apply to staff working 20+ hours weekly. DOE hourly rates apply.
