TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established and reputable construction contractor based in Lincoln. This brilliant opportunity has become available due to significant project wins and a very healthy pipeline of exciting projects.

If you are Lincolnshire/North Nottingham/North Peterborough/South Yoprkshire based Surveyor with ambition, this one could be for you!

• Commercially manage projects ensuring they are completed within budget
• Take off drawings to produce a bill of quantities
• Subcontract and supplier approval and procurement
• Visit site to ensure costs are on track and complete site measures / variation reports
• Produce cost value reports (CVR)
• Invoice reconciliation and approval for payment
• Produce final accounts

• Quantity Surveyor experience in mainstream construction
• Strong communication skills
• JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
• Organised and professional
• Relevant Degree or experience in similar role
