Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Directors, providing expert credit guidance and client support. Build strong relationships with the sales team, offering clear and approachable assistance. Prepare complex or high-value transactions for submission to funding partners. Assess and select appropriate funding sources, balancing client needs with financial considerations. Negotiate terms with underwriters to secure favourable outcomes. Coach colleagues on credit appraisal techniques, promoting continuous development.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles. Proven relationship-building skills across teams and external partners. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities. Committed to continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
