Salary & Hours- Salary: £24.00 plus incentives
- Hours:
Full Time – 7pm‑7am, 3‑4 nights a week (including alternate weekends)

- Fully expensed DBS check and uniforms.
- Work with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead and other trained nurses to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care ensuring the highest standards are delivered to residents.
- Support our carers with personal care and daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
- Administer medication, write and update nursing care plans, keep accurate daily records, maintain mandatory training and complete additional training as required.
- Promote residents’ choice, dignity and independence; manage the care team, complete action plans and ensure care plans are updated and evaluated regularly.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)).
- Minimum of one year experience in a nursing home setting.
- Experience of writing person‑centred care plans.
- Residing within 30 minutes of the home.
- Leadership and people skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Time management and flexibility with working hours.
- A caring and nurturing attitude.
- Positive and enthusiastic outlook.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
