  Full Time – 7pm‑7am, 3‑4 nights a week (including alternate weekends)

• Work with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead and other trained nurses to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care ensuring the highest standards are delivered to residents.
• Support our carers with personal care and daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
• Administer medication, write and update nursing care plans, keep accurate daily records, maintain mandatory training and complete additional training as required.
• Promote residents’ choice, dignity and independence; manage the care team, complete action plans and ensure care plans are updated and evaluated regularly.

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)).
• Minimum of one year experience in a nursing home setting.
• Experience of writing person‑centred care plans.
• Residing within 30 minutes of the home.
• Leadership and people skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Time management and flexibility with working hours.
• A caring and nurturing attitude.
• Positive and enthusiastic outlook.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
