Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to join our team in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire
. As part of our vibrant and growing veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

Clinical Director

North Hykeham, Lincolnshire

4 days per week, average of 40 hours;
Saturday mornings are worked on a rota basis; no Sundays, no Bank holidays

Up to £95,000 DOE

• Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
• Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
• Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.

• Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
