Health, Safety & Sustainability Coordinator

Glasgow | Full‑Time | £30,000 DOE

Are you someone who thrives on making workplaces safer and greener? Working with a supportive, people‑first culture, you'll help shape how safety and sustainability come to life across the business.

You’ll be at the heart of performance and continuous improvement, helping teams reduce environmental impact, improve safety standards, and hit ambitious sustainability targets. This is a practical, data‑driven, and highly collaborative role with real impact.

• Gathering and analysing environmental data (waste, emissions, travel, hours worked) to support sustainability goals.
• Assisting with safety systems, compliance, and reporting across the business.
• Supporting audits and site visits with the H&S Manager (travel involved).
• Helping embed a positive health, safety, and sustainability culture across teams.
• Supporting community engagement and sustainability initiatives.

• Experience in health, safety, environment, or sustainability support.
• Strong communicator with great organisational skills.
• Comfortable with data and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
• A positive, proactive attitude and team‑focused mindset.
• Bonus: health & safety or environmental qualifications.

• Starting salary £30,000.
• 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays.
