• Provide person-centred support to an individual with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
• Encourage independence and support individuals to achieve their goals.
• Promote social inclusion and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

• Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid UK driving licence is a plus but not essential.
