Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. - Relevant experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant, with a caring nature, good communication and relationship building skills, flexibility, and a warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
