Family Service of RI (FSRI) seeks an Overnight (Awake) Shift Supervisor to oversee adolescent female residents (13–20) during overnight hours. Lead overnight staff, respond to crises, and ensure safety, compliance, and a trauma-informed milieu informed by TST.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a social work-related field or substantial residential/childcare experience, strong communication, and a valid drivers license. Join FSRI to support youth toward stability and independence.
