We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily materials management within our GMP-compliant facility. The role ensures accurate documentation, stock control, and coordination of warehouse activities to maintain smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

In depth experience with Microsoft excel and word

Experience in organisation of filling systems and archiving

Good communication skills for contact with external customers

Basic experience in computerised systems

Control the booking in system for vehicles delivering/collecting from site

Working with the logistics management team on the day to day operation of the warehouse administration

Logging and approval of haulier invoices

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience, ideally within warehousing or a regulated environment.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

Comfortable using ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Understanding of GMP or similar quality standards (desirable).

Clear communicator with a proactive and team-focused approach.
